This Currituck Club was meant for gracious living. 'Sunny Daze' offers many amenities to keep your family happy and features three levels of living areas so everyone can have private time if they wish. Golf, swim, soak in the hot tub... play pool or rest in the hammock. These owners have thought of everything to make your Outer Banks vacation time enjoyable.

Features and Amenities include: 12' x 28' private pool and hot tub. There are 4 Master bedrooms, 9 TVs, 9 DVD players, Playstation II, 2 stereos with CD players. Internet access is provided, please bring your laptop computer. A gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April. There is a pool table & foosball, books & games as well as 2 full size refrigerators. Well equipped kitchen with extras such as a waffle maker, toaster, microwave, small food processor, blender and electric griddle.

Outside amenities include covered decks, sun decks, deck furniture, screened porch, gas grill, enclosed outside shower, beach chairs, boogie boards, hammock. Baby equipment has been provided; a baby gate, Pack'n'Play, and a high chair. Culligan Water System. Currituck Club amenities include reduced greens fees & priority tee times, gated entrance, community pools and tennis courts. Take the short trolley ride to the beach aboard the friendly Currituck Club trolley that is available in the summer.

Pets are not permitted at 'Sunny Daze' and there is a no smoking policy. Parking is available for 3 cars.

Beds: 2 King, 2 Queen, 1 Pyramid Bunk, 1 Bunkset, Queen Sleeper Sofa. Sleeps 17. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at 'Sunny Daze'; there is a 3 night minimum. During Holiday Weeks like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or Monday to Monday ... or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday, etc. Please call 877-546-5362 for rates and other details.
