LeBleu Springwater System, Viking oven, 3 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers, 2 full size refrigerators & 1 bar refrigerator, 2 microwaves, gas fireplace in Great Room & 1 Master Bedroom. Gas fireplaces are available mid September through the end of April.

Enclosed outside shower, 2 gas grills, covered decks, sun decks, Tiki Bar, Cabana Bath for pool area, basketball goal, ping-pong in garage, outdoor speakers.

Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Daybeds (1 w/trundle), 3 Twins, Queen sleep sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
