The Currituck Club is made up of several distinct and individual neighborhoods, each offering it's own amenities and features as well as unique and varied styles of homes. Read below to find out more about each community and check out our community map.

The Currituck Club

Homes considered part of Currituck Club "proper" are located throughout The Currituck Club Community and offer the resort amenities that you expect to find from a top notch, private golf community. Whether you prefer to be closer to the clubhouse and large recreation complex or tucked away on quiet cul-de-sac, the stunning homes available in Currituck Club "proper" are well-suited to please.

Homes within Currituck Club "proper" tend to be larger and most have a private pool and/or hot tub. These homes range from four to eight bedrooms and are different in decor, style and location. Many have outstanding views of the golf course, ocean or the Currituck Sound and in some cases, all three. Two of the five community pools are located within Currituck Club "proper". Guests may also enjoy amenities located in other neighborhoods within The Currituck Club. Golf privileges are available at many homes, please check the description. Homes in The Currituck Club community begin with the prefix "CC" or "RC" (Example CC217).

The Hammocks

Think colorful, friendly island style homes ... the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Currituck Sound to the west ... a beautiful golf course, community pools and tennis courts, gated access and amenities that will please all, and you are in The Hammocks neighborhood within The Currituck Club on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

There are seventy-two vacation homes in The Hammocks along the twelfth and thirteenth fairways of the award winning Rees Jones designed championship golf course. Some of these four bedroom vacation homes do offer golf privileges at The Currituck Club, including reduced greens fees and priority tee times. Please check the amenities list for the home you are interested in. Many homes also have private pools and/or hot tubs. Pets are allowed in designated homes only; please ask if you are unsure if the home you are interested in allows pets. One of the five community pools in The Currituck Club is located within The Hammocks. Guests may also enjoy amenities located in other neighborhoods within The Currituck Club.

There are two grocery stores just a short drive away and many wonderful Outer Banks restaurants to choose from. Shoppers will love the unique and distinctive shops located in Corolla including gift shops, clothing stores and several places where you will find the perfect "take home" gift for yourself. The property ID for a home in The Hammocks neighborhood begins with the prefix "HK" (Example HK12).

Magnolia Bay

So beautiful is the land at Magnolia Bay that it is impossible for anyone who sees it not to become enchanted. Located at the south end of The Currituck Club, these three, four and five bedroom homes are in a neighborhood that borders the Currituck Sound and the National Audubon Society Preserve.

Beautifully landscaped lawns, open decks, covered verandas, vaulted ceiling and contemporary interiors are just a few highlights that describe the homes in the Magnolia Bay neighborhood. One of the five community pools in The Currituck Club as well as a kiddie pool and two tennis courts are located in Magnolia Bay. Guests may also enjoy amenities located in other neighborhoods within The Currituck Club.

Many Magnolia Bay homes (or "Maggie Bay" as we fondly refer to this neighborhood) have a private pool and/or hot tub. Several are located on the soundfront and you may see deer or other native wildlife during the early morning hours. Golf privileges are available at some Magnolia Bay properties, please check the description. Magnolia Bay homes are identified by the prefix of "MB" (Example MB14).

Windswept Ridge Villas

Windswept Ridge Villas are perfect for the smaller family or a couple’s getaway, offering nicely appointed two, three and four bedroom accommodations. There are elevators for each building, a clubhouse with a pool table and ping pong, and guests have access to exercise equipment in the fitness center. Some of the villas allow pets and a few even have private hot tubs!

The Windswept Ridge Villas neighborhood is located near the 11th fairway. Several of the villas offer golf privileges within The Currituck Club, including advance tee times and reduced green fees. Please check the amenities list for the villa you are interested in.

One of the five community pools in The Currituck Club and a tennis court are located within the Windswept Ridge Villas neighborhood. Guests may also enjoy amenities located in other neighborhoods within The Currituck Club as well as the trolley and beach valet services during the summer months. Windswept Ridge Villas have a property ID beginning with "WR" (Example WR4A).

The Cottages

The Cottages is the newest neighborhood within The Currituck Club. These beautiful four bedroom homes offer good views of the ocean and sound, include great features like private pool and hot tub, and offer all guests access to the wide array of amenities available within The Currituck Club.

The natural beauty of this gated community combined with excellent amenities and attention to detail make for an exceptional vacation experience. Premier shopping is nearby at the new Harris Teeter Pavilion and you are within driving distance to several Corolla attractions including The Whalehead Club and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse.
