The Currituck Club offers the resort service you expect to find in a top notch private golf club. From a two bedroom villa to an eight bedroom home, privacy and luxury combine to make this the perfect Outer Banks "vacation destination". Over 600 acres have been transformed into a championship golf~resort community built around an 18 hole championship golf course designed by Rees Jones; named by Golf Magazine (February 1997) as one of the 10 best new golf courses in America you can play. Many homes have spectacular Sound views, golf course views and some have views of the Ocean depending on location. The main Swim and Fitness center features a swimming pool with bathhouse, kiddie pool, playground, two lighted tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball courts and a 3,200 square foot fitness center. Need to get around? There is a Trolley Transportation system available during the summer that will take you throughout the community or to the Oceanfront beach access. There, personal valets can help you unload and set up for a day at the beach. Many homes, but not all, also include guest privileges to the golf course; which entitles visitors to discounted greens fees and priority tee times. Please keep in mind that although many homes are located on the soundfront or on the fairway/soundfront; there is no access to the sound from any home or location in The Currituck Club.

Golf Course

The breathtaking golf course, designed by Rees Jones, offers golfers of all skill levels an amazing layout that stretches across nearly 7,000 yards. Enjoy a wide variety on the landscape, including a lush maritime forest, beautiful coastal shoreline and large sand dunes.

2010 Community Pool Dates for The Currituck Club

Pool at the main entrance will open 5/15/10 and close 10/10/10.
The north pool will open 5/28/10 and close 9/6/10.
The Magnolia Bay pool will open 5/28/10 and close 9/6/10.
The Windswept Ridge neighborhood pool will open 5/15/10 and close 10/15/10.

The Currituck Club Summer Pool Parties

The Currituck Club will host 8 pool parties in Summer 2010.
June 22; July 2, 6, 13, 20 & 27; August 3 & 10
All pool parties are catered with barbeque and all the trimmings.
There is live music and activities for the kids.
Advance tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12. Tickets at the door are $12 and $7 for kids.

Rules and Regulations

To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable time The Currituck Club Property Owners Association asks that you respect and honor the following rules that protect and preserve. These rules, if not respected, may further result in suspending your right to enjoy any of the recreational facilities. In addition there is a $50 fine for each violation per day.

No campers, trailers, boats or other recreational vehicles may be parked in any driveway, on the streets or in the golf course parking lots. Please contact Village Realty for possible alternate arrangements.
No fishing is allowed on the golf course and especially in the ponds or lakes.
Please keep the sidewalks and streets clear. All cars are required to be either in a garage or in the driveway.
If you have rented a pet friendly home, keep in mind that pets are not allowed to run free and must be kept on a leash. Please clean up after your pet.
No airborne fireworks, water balloons or projectiles of any kind are permitted.
Please only use the golf carts when playing golf.
